Plant Manager | Precast Concrete | Up to $290K + Super

Lead one of Queensland's leading precast operations.

An outstanding chance exists for an experienced Plant Manager to take full operational responsibility for a high-performing precast concrete manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will lead production, safety, quality, people, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement across the business.

The Role

n

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved safely and efficiently.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

Leading all factory operations from production through to load out
n
Managing supervisors, leading hands, and factory personnel
n




Driving safety, quality, and operational performance
n
Planning labour, resources, and production schedules
n
Working closely with engineering, drafting, logistics and project teams
n
Managing plant, equipment, and facility maintenance
n
Improving productivity, manufacturing processes, and factory systems
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and high-performing operation
n

About You

n

To be successful you will have:

n

n
Extensive leadership experience within precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, or heavy industrial manufacturing
n
Proven experience managing large production teams
n
Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations
n
Excellent safety leadership and WHS knowledge
n
A continuous improvement mindset with strong commercial awareness
n
Exceptional communication and people management skills
n
The ability to lead by example and build a high-performance culture
n
