About the role:
n
We are seeking an experienced building & pest inspector to join our team in Ballarat. Successful applicants will use their building & pest inspection experience and qualifications to conduct pre-purchase and recent home construction stage inspections.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
n

Pre-purchase building & pest Inspections
n
Construction Stage Inspections (non-certifying)
n
Complete detailed assessment reports using our user-friendly software
n
Noting building defects, pests, defective building work or maintenance-related issues
n
Professional presentation and communication with clients at all times.
n
n
Skills/Requirements:
n
n
A registered builder or inspector with a minimum of 3 years of experience (essential)
n
Knowledge of theBuilding Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards and NCC
n
Attention to detail, major as well as minor defects
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as a skilled
n
Keen to work independently, representing our brand
n
Must be able to inspect roof spaces and subfloor areas
n
Drivers License and a reliable car
n
Computer/iPad literate
n
Competent in plan reading
n
Available to travel withinthe Melbourne metro
