Diverse local Property and Hospitality Group on the lookout for a Project Manager to assist with their next stage of growth. This role will partner with key personnel across the group to lead end-to-end delivery of projects across key Retail and Hospitality assets as well as a head office Marketing re-brand program.

Responsibilities

n

n
Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail and hospitality projects from initiation through to closure. These will involve organisational restructures, centralising customer agreements and driving a current Retail brand for the group.
n
Work with senior stakeholders and strategy team to drive a marketing rebrand for the group.
n
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and risks.
n
Track project advantages, report progress, and elevate risks/issues appropriately to key stakeholders of the business.
n
Prepare explicit project reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
n




Support continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks and tools.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail and/or hospitality environments (e.g. multi-site retail, food & beverage, hotels, convenience, quick service or leisure).
n
Demonstrated success delivering projects across store or venue networks in customer-facing operations.
n
Strong understanding of retail and hospitality operations, trading cycles, peak periods and service execution challenges.
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills across frontline teams, operators and executive leaders.
n
Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and business cases.
