Job Description

Lutheran Homes Group in Horsham, VIC invites applications for an Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team on an expression of interest basis. Working with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, administer medications, manage wounds and contribute to care plans.

Applicants must hold AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRAM and have momentum with acute or aged care experience; familiarity with SARAH is preferred.
