Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a full-time sales and customer service professional to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small, dynamic company where your contribution will be valued. Based in Brisbane's western suburbs, our office offers a welcoming team environment and convenient on-site parking.

Job tasks and responsibilities
n
n
Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
n
Processing and coordinating customer sales orders
n
Managing inbound enquiries and making outbound sales calls
n
Maintaining accurate customer information within our data system and CRM (Ostendo and Hubspot)
n
Building positive relationships with customers and supporting ongoing sales growth
n




Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure effective order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
n
This is an office-based role with standard set business hours.

About You
n
n
Previous experience in a customer service role
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn CRM software (Hubspot experience is advantageous).
n
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
n
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
n
A current, valid driver's licence
n
n
The following would be highly regarded:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Equine, Agriculture or Science.
n
Knowledge of, experience in, or passion for the equine, livestock or pet industries.
