Key responsibilities
Experience at least two and up to four rotations across a number of our Service Lines over 2 years
Develop both your technical skills and learn the consulting process
Work on real client projects from Day 1
Report to Service Line Leaders who are true experts in their fields
Be mentored by one of our team for the full 2 year program
Contribute to research and thought leadership on emerging topics in the sector
Attend structured training sessions to support your development
About you
Exceptional academic achievement in a relevant degree (Engineering, Economics, Maths, Government and Policy)
Demonstrated aptitude for using structured problem solving and analysis
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
A professional and personable approach - a team player
Client service orientation
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (qualitative and quantitative data)
Demonstrated interest in the Energy sector and emerging trends related to the Energy Transition
