At Innovations by Design 10, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

This role is responsible for developing strong relationships across the business, as well as with our customers and supplier network. You will play a key role in driving sales growth while contributing to a positive, collaborative culture that reflects our business values.
n
We're seeking someone who understands the sales process, enjoys creating opportunities, and excels at building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
n
Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
n
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
n
Offer product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
n
Keep customers informed of market trends, new products, and industry developments.
n
Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
n
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
n
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
n
Represent Innovations by Design 10 and the Fagg's Group professionally at all times.

About You
n




To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (building, interiors, or design industry experience is advantageous).
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving customer problems.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Confidence working with both trade and retail customers.
n
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
n
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
n
Sound Microsoft and POS skills
