Job Description
Mercor is recruiting a mid‐ to senior‐level UI/UX Designer to support a pioneering project evaluating AI-driven digital product design work. You will define scoring criteria for design tasks, review AI-generated and human samples, and provide rigorous written justifications for each score.

You will work within a remote setup, drawing on your 5+ years of experience in product design and solid communication skills to ensure fair, defensible assessments and continuous improvement.
