We're hiring paralegals across multiple teams:

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)
n
Workers Compensation (WC) and Work Injury Damages (WID)
n
Public Liability (PL)
n
Total and Permanent Disability (TPD)
n
n
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our lawyers, helping injured clients get the support they need. Along the way, you'll sharpen your drafting, build sound legal judgment, and learn what a successful team in a law firm looks like.

What you'll do

Draft documents - letters, statements, submissions, claim forms.
n
Communicate with clients, insurers, barristers, and super funds to keep matters moving.
n
Develop judgment on claim viability and case strategy.
n
Receive direct, specific constructive feedback to lift your work.
n
n
Who you are
n
n
A paralegal or junior legal professional looking to build real skills. Prior experience not required.
n
A strong writer - can summarise dense material into explicit, plain English and draft letters, file notes, and submissions that don't need heavy editing.
n
A clear, concise communicator in writing and on the phone.
n
Organised, detail-focused,

Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fully digital firm.
