Job Description

Meli is seeking a dedicated Caseworker – Youth Homelessness Support to provide intensive case management and assertive outreach to young people aged 16–25 in the Barwon region. You will collaborate with families and diverse services to address mental health, AOD, and family violence, while developing individualised care plans that foster independence and community connection.

The role offers 0.9 FTE, $105,834 p/a (pro-rata) plus super and salary packaging, and a robust focus on early
