Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Food Process Worker for immediate start with an award winning confectionery company based in Ballarat, VIC. These roles offer casual opportunities across a rotating roster - day and night shifts.

Key Duties Include:

Working on fast-paced production lines
n
Hand packing confectionery products
n
Labelling and quality checking finished goods
n
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
n

About You:

n

n
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive setting
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Willingness to work across day, night shifts.
