DALTON PARTNERS is one of Newcastle's leading independent, residential real estate offices. A position has become available for an experienced Property Manager to complement the existing team at The Junction.

The Position

n

The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing a well‐maintained, established residential portfolio. This role suits an experienced Property Manager seeking a fresh, supportive environment.

n

You will manage your own portfolio end‐to‐end, from leasing through to outgoing inspections.

n

To succeed in this position, you will possess the following attributes:

n

Commitment to exceptional customer service and people skills

n

Experience with Property ME, Inspection Manager

n

Experience with Key Log and Inspect Real Estate

n

Understanding of NSW legislation

n

Be part of a collaborative team delivering outstanding customer service

n

Good communication and computer literacy skills

n

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

NSW Driver's Licence
