Job Description

Plan and manage inventory levels to meet operational demands.
n
Coordinate and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
n
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
n
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain supply continuity.
n
Track and analyse inventory performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
n
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and procurement activities.
n
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
n
Assist in forecasting demand to align supply with business requirements.
n

The Successful Applicant

n

n
3+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory or procurement roles.
n




Solid inventory planning and stock management experience.
n
Experience coordinating domestic and international freight movements.
n
Exposure to supplier management and procurement processes.
n
ERP system experience, ideally SAP Business One.
n
Solid attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to work across Operations, Warehouse and Supply Chain functions.
n
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
n
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n
Experience working with 3PL providers and freight partners.
n
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, growing business environment.
n
