About the Role

As a Glazier with O'Brien, you'll be responsible for:

n

n
On‐site glass installation, fixing, and glazing across commercial and residential projects – both new builds and replacements
n
Delivering high‐quality workmanship while working as part of a supportive, growing team
n
Providing exceptional customer service and representing the O'Brien brand with pride
n
Accessing overtime, shift penalties, and incentives
n

n

About You

n

You'll be a excellent fit for this role if you have:

n

n
Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent trade qualification)
n
Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards AS1288 and relevant local glazing/construction regulations
n
A commitment to safety, quality,



and delivering an excellent customer experience
n
A friendly, approachable communication style
n
Excellent attention to detail, strong time‐management, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment
