The Beechmont Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team in a full-time, salaried role. Nestled in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland, our venue is one of the region's most popular pubs and live entertainment destinations. Key Responsibilities

Opening and closing the venue
n
Managing, training, and motivating staff
n
Conducting stocktakes and overseeing cash-ups
n
Assisting with operational improvements and venue performance
n

Requirements

Minimum 12 months experience in a similar management role
n
Sound knowledge of TAB and Keno operations
n
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager's Licence (preferred but not essential)
n
Proven ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
n
Adaptable availability, including nights and weekends
n
