As Centre Manager,



you'll lead every aspect of the service while creating an environment where:

Your role will include:

Leading the day-to-day operations of the service
n
Coaching and developing a passionate team of educators
n
Embedding the EYLF and National Quality Standards into everyday practice
n
Driving occupancy, compliance and operational excellence
n
Building meaningful relationships with families and the local community
n
Managing budgets, rosters and centre performance
n
Championing a culture of continuous improvement
n
n
About you
n
You'll bring:
n
n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
n
2-3 years' experience leading an early learning service
n
A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
n
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
n
A collaborative leadership style
n
A genuine passion for developing people and delivering quality outcomes
