About the Role
n
As a Trainee New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the vehicle sales process while working alongside experienced mentors.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey.
n
Learning to conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
n
Following up showroom, phone and online enquiries.
n
Building robust customer relationships through outstanding service.
n
Working with our Business Manager and Aftermarket Consultant to deliver complete ownership solutions.
n
Learning dealership systems, sales processes and product knowledge.
n




Developing the skills to achieve sales targets and build a successful career.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
Excellent communication and people skills.
n
A genuine interest in cars and helping customers.
n
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales (preferred but not essential).
n
A willingness to learn and be coached.
n
Availability to work weekends.
n
