The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's day-to-day operations, lead and develop the team, and drive strong commercial performance while upholding the high standards associated with a luxury retail environment.

You will be responsible for:

Leading, coaching and developing the team
n
Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
n
Delivering an elevated customer experience
n
Building solid and lasting client relationships
n
Maintaining premium visual and presentation standards
n
Managing stock,



inventory and store operations
n
Overseeing rosters, payroll and daily administration
n
Creating a positive and high-performing team culture

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager who is passionate about luxury retail and understands how to deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

You will ideally have:

Previous Store Manager experience in luxury or premium retail
n
Strong sales and commercial management experience

A genuine passion for luxury goods and fashion

Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills

Proven experience leading and developing a team
