About the Role: We are seeking an experienced 3.5T Bobcat/Excavator Combo Operator to join our established concreting team based in 26 Homestead Crescent, Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD. This hands‐on role involves:

Key Responsibilities

Slab preparation
n
Digging footings
n
Loading trucks
n

n

Operational Responsibilities

n

n
Operating Bobcat and Excavator machinery on our own in‐house concreting projects
n
Working closely with our construction team to deliver quality outcomes
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
Experience operating a 3.5T Bobcat/Excavator combo
n
HR Driver Licence (essential)
n
Experience driving an 8‐speed crash box
n
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
n




Robust communication and safety awareness
n
Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
n
Must be living in Australia within easy reach of Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
Ability to read and interpret construction plans (advantageous but not essential)
n
Understanding of working to an RL (Reduced Level)
n
Experience using a spreader bar
n
Applicants must be living in Australia with easy access to Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD
