An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Claims Officer to join Australia'slargest family-owned food service distributor.

About the Role

n

As a Claims Officer, you will play a key role in investigating stock discrepancies, customer claims, and inventory-related issues within a busy warehouse workplace. You will work closely with operational teams to identify causes, track stock movements, and ensure accurate reporting and resolution of claims.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Reviewing and processing claims and stock discrepancy reports
n
Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records
n
Reviewing CCTV footage to investigate stock movements and claims
n
Walking the warehouse floor to investigate lost stock and inventory discrepancies
n
Following up on stock locations and customer claims with relevant stakeholders
n
Generating reports relating to claims, inventory,



and stock investigations
n
Liaising with warehouse operations teams to support timely claim resolutions
n

About You

n

n
Previous experience in warehouse administration
n
Demonstrated experience with inventory control and stock management
n
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and produce reports
n
Excellent attention to detail and investigative skills
n
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
n
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
Immediate availability to commence employment
n
