We are currently seeking a Care Manager to join our leadership team, working in close partnership with the General Manager and Regional Clinical & Operations Teams to deliver exceptional clinical care and lead high-performing teams.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the clinical and care workforce to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Act ****, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC requirements.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing clinical governance, workforce capability, and operational performance.
n
Based at Katoomba Views Care Community supporting 70 residents.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n




Lead clinical care delivery ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory obligations
n
Oversee care planning, admissions reviews, and changes in resident condition
n
Monitor and analyse clinical indicators, incidents and risk trends
n
Apply evidence-based practice to improve outcomes
n
Build relationships with GPs, hospitals and allied health providers
n
Ensure adherence to Aged Care Act **** requirements and reporting obligations
n
Drive continuous improvement, audit readiness, and clinical excellence
n
Lead compliance with incident management and accreditation standards
n
Foster a values-led, high-performing culture
n
Oversee education, onboarding and competency development
n

About You
n
n
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (minimum 3 years)
n
Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams in residential aged care
