The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for providing transactionallegal support services including:

Provide strategic legal advice, guidance and support to the company's executives and bid teams.

Offer legal backing for project governance initiatives and report to governance bodies, as necessary.

Drive continuous improvement across operations businesses in accordance with the group's policies and procedures.

Profile:

8+ PQE in both private practice and in-house ASX listed organisations.
n
Experience advising on complex transactions & project delivery issues.
n
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering explicit and audience-tailored advice on various legal and commercial matters.
n
Comprehensive understanding of construction law and contracts.
n
n
