We arecurrently seeking application from experienced Drill orDiesel Fitters for a Full time 7/7 DIDOposition at our Yarrabee Project locatedjust outside of the local town of Blackwater in Central Queensland.This role is a day shift only position.
n
Experience working on drill rigs ishighly desired, however, experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters who maynot have worked on drill rigs before are encouraged toapply.
n
Thesalary/wage range for this role is $***** to $***** per hour withTrade-certified Fitters who are new to mining or drill rigs towardsthe lower end of that range and experienced Drill Fitters andLeading Hands towards the higher end.
n

Reporting to theMaintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for, but not limitedto, the following:
n

Perform scheduleddrill servicing across our REICHDrill rigs
n




Prioritising workloadsor unscheduled repairs when required
n
Maintaining andservicing support equipment
n
Fulfilling all safetyrequirements and maintenance reporting needs.
n
n
ESSENTIAL Skillsand requirements include:
n

TradeCertificate (Mechanical)
n
HandTools
n
DriverLicence
n
Highlevel of diagnostic skills and field service fault finding ishighly regarded
n
Ability to workautonomously and part of a team
n
Physical fitness andability to perform manual labour
n
Ability to workautonomously with minimal supervision
n
Ability to work aspart of a small team
n
Excellentcommunication
skills and safety awareness
n
