Diamond Lawn & Garden Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Emerald region.
This is a key leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead a team effectively and is confident dealing with clients, safety and operational issues.
The Role
Coordinating daily schedules, staff and operational priorities
Leading, supervising and mentoring field staff
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Inspecting completed works and maintaining quality standards
Managing staff performance, attendance and conduct
Ensuring WHS, PPE and company procedures are followed
Managing vehicle and equipment maintenance
Responding professionally to client enquiries and service issues
Completing quotations and identifying business opportunities
Providing regular operational reports to management
About You
Has experience supervising or leading a team
Has experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, gardening, construction, facilities or a similar industry
Is confident managing people and holding staff accountable
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Takes pride in quality, presentation and safety
Can work independently and make sound decisions
Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership of their responsibilities
