We are currently seeking Clinical Optical Assistants & Qualified Optical Dispensers, or those keen to be provided training to achieve this qualification; to join our energetic team.

Providing clinical support to Optometrists & Audiologists with delegated clinical tasks

n

Providing a high-level customer service on the retail floor, and assisting with frames selection

n





Managing our busy diary of customer appointments for Optical and Audiology

n

Providing in-depth product information

n

Ensuring merchandising standards are met, including general cleanliness of the store

n

As Optical Assistant, you will possess the following skills and experience:

n

Previous experience in a customer service/retail role or similar

n

A self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy environment

n

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with solid attention to detail

n

The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
