Mollymook Golf Club has commenced a full rebuild of the Hilltop Course over the next six years. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated turf qualified looking to expand their expertise in both turfgrass management and golf course construction.

About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the Superintendent and working within a team of 10, this is a dynamic and hands-on leadership role. The successful applicant will play a key part in daily course operations while contributing to a major redevelopment project.

Essential Criteria
n
n
Certificate III in Horticulture – Turf Management
n
AQF3 Chemical Application License
n
Proven experience in staff management, training, and development
n
Experience and knowledge in pesticide application
n
Strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
n
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
n
Self-motivated, punctual, and able to lead and perform under pressure
n
Competent computer literacy and technical skills
n
Able to work a rotating weekend roster
n
n
Desirable Skills
n
n
Familiarity with Toro SitePro and Toro Lynx systems
n
Ability to carry out minor irrigation repairs
n
n
