n We're dealers for Cruise Craft, Haines Signature, Quintrex and Caribbean Boats, with a busy workshop and a loyal, expanding customer base — meaning real hands‐on experience from day one and genuine long-term career prospect.

About the role
n
A 4-year apprenticeship leading to a trade qualification as a Marine Mechanic. Full-time, permanent, 38 hours a week, with overtime available during our peak seasons. You'll be trained across:

Trailer repairs and maintenance

Installation of new and used marine engines and electronics

General marine and boat repairs

Passionate about boating, fishing, water sports or the outdoors

Keen to learn and build a trade

Solid attention to detail and technical aptitude

Positive communicator who works well in a team
