Job Description

GS Engineering & Construction seeks a HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Based in our Melbourne office, the role covers policies, procedures and best practice while ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.

The position is a 10-month fixed-term parental leave cover with a focus on remuneration reviews, workforce planning and talent initiatives, working in a up-to-date corporate setting.
