Role Responsibilities:
n
n
Accountable for design, implementation, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of the organisation's server, cloud, network, and endpoint infrastructure
n
Engage and collaborate with the core technology service teams of Operations, Solutions, Applications and Vehicle Technology
n
Effectively communicate current projects and their status within the Technology group
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that customer impact is considered while delivering all projects or programs of work
n
Operate as third-level technical support, leading infrastructure projects, ensuring high system availability and security, developing automation and operational efficiencies
n




Mentor junior IT staff while contributing to strategic technology planning
n
n
The successful candidate will have proven commercial systems administration experience, excellent communication skills, and good leadership capabilities.

Key Skills:
n
n
Minimum of 5 years' experience in systems administration
n
Advanced troubleshooting and networking experience
n
Strong experience supporting multi-cloud environments (Oracle and Azure)
n
Strong technical skills covering: Hybrid AD/EntraID, SSO (OKTA), Intune Deployments, Office 365
n
Ability to work across a complex IT and network environment operating nationally on a 24/7 basis
n
Must be a strong advocate for security best practices (Essential 8, NIST v2.0, Microsoft Security/Purvue)
n
Passionate about building a service delivery culture to Dysons Technology
n
Resilient and supportive to manage change in behaviours, technology and processes
