About the opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, leading a highly dynamic and complex business unit. You'll oversee a constantly evolving portfolio where supply, demand and access shift regularly, requiring a balance of commercial thinking, operational oversight and strong judgement. You'll partner closely with Commercial, Regulatory, Medical and Business Development to drive growth, shape strategy and lead a team delivering critical solutions in a quick-moving environment.

Duties
n
n
Lead and develop a large, geographically dispersed team across multiple locations
n
Set and execute the strategy for the Unlicensed Medicines division
n
Drive commercial performance, including budget ownership and revenue growth targetsOversee sourcing, supply solutions,



and operational delivery across a complex portfolio
n
Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Regulatory, Medical and BD teams
n
Lead continuous improvement across processes, systems and service delivery
n
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and quality standards
n
Navigate ambiguity and solve problems in a highly dynamic, non-linear environment
n
Contribute to broader business strategy as part of the senior leadership team
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
n
Leadership experience managing teams in a regulated workplace
n
Strong commercial acumen with exposure to budgets, growth targets or P&L;
n
Experience partnering across medical, regulatory, and commercial functions
n
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive change
n
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
n
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
n
Experience within unlicensed medicines, access programs, or similar highly regarded
n
Understanding of TGA frameworks and access pathways advantageous
n
