This growing Business & Tax Advisory team is seeking a leadership-focused accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients while mentoring and supporting junior staff.
You'll play a key role in maintaining high service standards, reviewing completed work, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Depending on your experience, you may join at the Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level, with scope and salary reflective of your title.
What We're Looking For
4+ years' experience in public practice accounting
1+ year of leadership or mentoring experience (title not essential)
CA/CPA qualified or near completion




Based in or willing to relocate to Darwin
Strong communicator with a positive, team-focused leadership style
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own portfolio of clients and ensure delivery of high-quality services
Mentor, train, and support junior team members
Collaborate with Partners and senior leadership to drive division performance
Provide high-level tax and business advisory services to a range of clients
Versatile working hours: early starts and finishes available
