The Network are seeking multiple experiencedLead Data Engineersto deliver modern enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, AI and machine learning outcomes within a major Federal Government setting.
This is a hands-on senior role with opportunities acrossAzure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Key Skills
StrongAzure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabricexperience
PySpark, Spark SQL, Python and SQL
Delta Lake, Lakehouse and Medallion architectures
Databricks Workflows andUnity Catalog
Azure Data Factory and ADLS Gen2
Enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration
Data modelling, quality, lineage and governance
Git, Azure DevOps,CI/CD and automated testing




Experience supporting analytics, AI or ML workloads
Technical leadership and stakeholder engagement
What We're Looking For
You will have recent hands-on experience designing and deliveringenterprise-scale data engineering solutions, with the ability to independently lead technical outcomes while remaining actively involved in engineering and development.
Location:ACT, NSW, VIC or QLD - Canberra based 3 days per week strong preference.
