BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee facilities at the Coffs Harbour property.
You will drive preventative maintenance, manage resources, and ensure safety and peak performance daily.
You will lead a service-centric strategy, communicate with the General Manager, guests, and contractors, and drive collaboration with all departments to resolve issues efficiently.
