Torquay Auto Service is a busy, family-owned workshop with over 30 years of trusted service in the Surf Coast region. We're looking for a qualified and Automotive Mechanic to join our team.

This is a full-time position (38 hours/week), offering above award wages and a great work-life balance in a supportive, well-established business.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Performing scheduled maintenance and vehicle servicing to the highest standards
n
Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical issues using contemporary diagnostic tools
n
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and teammates
n
Keeping accurate service records and ensuring safety standards are always met
n
Staying up to date with evolving automotive technology and practices
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
n
A current,



valid driver's licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Proven experience as an auto service technician
n
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
A keen eye for detail and pride in your workmanship
n
Friendly, reliable, and a great team player with valuable communication skills
