Our Client is a specialist provider of Managed Contractors and Consulting Solutions to the Mining & Exploration Industries. An employer of choice, our client employs Project Managers and Mine Geologists, Exploration Geologists and Support Staff across Australia in all commodities.

We are seeking senior Exploration Geologist specialists to work for our client, at their exploration sites in Eastern Australia (QLD & NSW). These positions are for an immediate start in an ongoing capacity.

Experience working specifically with energy minerals and coal commodities is essential for these exploration roles.

n

Hiring criteria:

n

n
Valid Australian (Open) Driver's License
n
Degree in Geology or Geoscience;
n
Valid coal industry Generic Induction Certificate
n




Exploration drilling RC or diamond geological logging experience
n
Experience in a Exploration & Near-mine Co-Ordinator Roles
n
Minimum 5+ years recent experience in a similar role;
n
Demonstrated experience of geological practice and safety in the Mine setting;
n
Ability to optimize drilling programmes prior to & during implementation;
n
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop robust organisation and time management skills;
n
Perform as a team player and have a "can do" attitude;
