We're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Casual Café Team Member to join our growing team at our café located on a Victorian Big Build project in Clarinda.

n

This is a busy weekday café serving a construction workforce. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering great customer service and love making quality coffee, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

n

This is a casual position offering good, consistent hours with Monday to Friday work only-no weekends.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Preparing quality espresso coffee and other beverages
n
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
n
Preparing and serving food
n
Operating the point-of-sale system
n
Restocking displays and maintaining presentation standards
n
Cleaning and maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment
n
Working collaboratively with a small team during busy service periods
n

About You

n





To be successful in this role, you will:

n

n
Have previous café or hospitality experience (barista experience preferred)
n
Be passionate about customer service
n
Have a positive attitude and solid work ethic
n
Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
n
Be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
n

n

Hold full working rights in Australia

n

Have your own reliable transport, as public transport is not suitable for our early start times

n

n
Be reliable, punctual and well presented
n
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
n

n

Be available for early morning starts* (essential)
