We are seeking an experienced Minor Works Project Lead to join our team, delivering HVAC fit-out projects within operational environments.
This is a highly targeted role, and only candidates who meet the essential criteria will be considered.
Reporting to the Minor Works Manager, you will be responsible for supervising HVAC projects ranging from $400K to $900K, ensuring delivery within live, operational buildings while maintaining safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
You will act as the primary point of contact for project delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing site activities, and maintaining robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate HVAC works on-site
Manage safety, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
Maintain strong client communication throughout project lifecycle
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Oversee subcontractors and site activities
Promote and enforce safe work practices
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong experience delivering HVAC projects within the Brisbane market




Minimum 5 years' experience supervising HVAC projects (off the tools)
Proven experience delivering HVAC-only projects valued between $400K - $900K
Strong background in fit-outs within operational / live environments (no greenfield/site builds)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and delivery in live environments
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
