The Role
As a Salesperson, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and solutions.
You'll take orders both in-store and over the phone, provide advice on fasteners and tools, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Provide product knowledge and recommendations (fasteners, tools, and related parts)
Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment
Support the team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
Sales experience is helpful, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person
Knowledge of fasteners is ideal, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Reliability and the ability to work well in a small team
