Receptionist Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic - Full Time

We seek a full time receptionist to join our friendly team at Northside Dermatology in Fitzroy North and Reservoir

Northside Dermatology is Melbourne's one-stop destination for all things skin. Our state-of-the-art facilities and beautiful clinical surroundings provide an invitingexperience for our patients and staff alike.

Due to clinic expansion, an exciting chance is available for a full-time receptionist to join our busy, growing dermatology practice.

About the role

n

n
Providing warm and skilled clinical service to patients
n
Making appointmentsacross multiple clinics
n
Taking phone calls and attending to non-medical enquiries
n
Completing and maintaining documentation
n
Operating phototherapy machine (training will be provided)
n




Billing (including Medicare batching)
n
Other administrative roles as they arise
n

Skills and experience

n

n
Motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to be able to prioritise
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
n
Adaptability to different IT platforms is highly regarded
n
Prepared to adapt to the changing environment that we, as a developing organisation, may experience
