Waste Industry Drivers - Side Arm Vehicle

Solo Resource Recovery is a family owned and operated business, supplying waste and recycling services throughout Australia.

n

We are currently seeking a heavy vehicle driver to operate as a casual relief driver working out of our Clayton depot, covering staff during periods of leave or absence.

n

This position may suit a semi retired person or someone interested in working a few days a week.

n

To be successful in this role you must:

n

have a HR licence as a minimum;

n





have a good driving history (a current driving record will be required to be presented at the interview);

n

be available to start early in the mornings;

n

be reliable, honest and a team player;

n

be safety conscious and have the ability to adhere to Company OHS policies and best practice;

n

possess good communications skills;

n

have good attention to detail;

n

have a can-do attitude and enthusiasm.

n

Waste industry experience is desired, but not essential – all HR experienced drivers are encouraged to apply!

n

In accordance with our Company's recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre Employment Medical, which includes a drug test. A current driving history, with a good driving record will also need to be provided.
