Housekeeper & Receptionist Wanted! Mollymook Holiday Rentals

We have a excellent team on site and we're looking for extra help to join us in a combined housekeeping and reception role. Regular ongoing work for the right person.

What's involved:

Kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms
n
Linen changes and bed making
n
Restocking basics and presenting the property to a high standard
n
Flagging any damage or maintenance issues
n
Guest check-in and check-out
n
Answering phone and email enquiries
n
Handling bookings and guest questions
n

n

About you:

n

n
Experience with holiday rental or Airbnb turnovers preferred (but we're happy to train the right person alongside our existing team)




n
Comfortable with guest-facing work and a friendly phone manner
n
Own transport
n
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
n
Solid attention to detail
n
Versatile with changeover days (sometimes weekends)
n
Able to work to tight turnaround times between checkout and check-in
n
Basic computer skills for bookings and email
n
