AbouttheOpportunityPARCEngineeringisseekinganexperiencedSMPSuperintendenttojoinamajorprojectbasedinKalgoorlie.Thisisanexcitingopportunitytoplayakeyroleinthesuccessfuldeliveryofasignificantprojectwhileworkingalongsideahigh-performingprojectsteam.
TheSuperintendentwillberesponsibleforthesafe,effective,andefficientdeliveryofoperational,maintenance,shutdown,andprojectactivitiesacrosssite.Theroleprovidesstrategicleadershiptoprojectteamsensuringworkisexecutedsafely,onschedule,withinbudget,andtotherequiredqualitystandards.
KeyResponsibilities:
Provideleadership,direction,andmentoringtoSupervisors,Coordinators,Planners,LeadingHands,andsitepersonnel.
Promoteapositivesafetycultureandleadbyexample.
Developworkforcecapabilitythroughcoaching,training,andperformance team.
Conductregularteammeetings,toolboxtalks,andperformancereviews.
Fosteracollaborativeandhigh-performingworkenvironment.
Leadtheplanningandexecutionofmaintenance,shutdown,construction,andprojectactivities.
Ensureworkisdeliveredsafely,efficiently,andinaccordancewithclientrequirements.
Coordinatelabour,equipment,materials,andsubcontractorstooptimiseproductivity.
Overseeworkschedulingandresourceallocationtomeetprojectmilestones.
Ensureeffectivecommunicationbetweenoperations,planning,engineering,procurement,andclientrepresentatives.
Manageshutdownplanning,execution,andclose-outactivities.
Monitorprogressthroughoutshutdownsandimplementrecoveryplanswhererequired.
Leaddailycoordinationmeetingsduringshutdownexecution.




Ensureaccuratereportingandcompletiondocumentation.
