We are currently seeking an experiencedTerritory Sales Managerto join a growing medical device organisation in Sydney.
You can be based anywhere in Sydney
This is atrue sales-focused role, centred around territory growth, new business development and building robust relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and key healthcare stakeholders.
The Opportunity You will take ownership of the Sydney territory with a clear mandate togrow the business and identify new commercial opportunities.
Working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, expanding existing relationships and increasing product utilisation across the territory.
This is an opportunity for a driven orthopaedic sales qualified who enjoys the challenge ofwinning new business, building relationships and turning opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused onnew business growth
Identify, target and convert new hospital and surgeon accounts
Build strong relationships withorthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and key decision-makers
Drive product utilisation and revenue growth across the territory
Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to implementation
Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and product demonstrations
Support surgeons and theatre teams where required
Identify market opportunities and competitor activity
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline




Negotiate commercial opportunities and close new business
Work collaboratively with the broader team to achieve territory and company objectives
About YouPrevious orthopaedic medical device sales experience is essential.
We are looking for an established medical device sales professional who understands the orthopaedic market and has a proven ability to develop and grow a territory.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience sellingorthopaedic medical devices
An established network and understanding of the Sydney orthopaedic market
Strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
A demonstrated track record ofwinning new business
Strong understanding of the surgical/theatre environment
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
A commercially driven and results-focused mindset
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a territory
A genuine hunger to grow revenue and build long-term customer relationships

This isn't a Clinical Specialist position and it isn't simply about providing theatre support.
We're looking for asales professional.
Someone who enjoys picking up the phone, opening new doors, building relationships with surgeons, identifying opportunities and ultimatelywinning business.
