Redstone Recruitment seeks a Facility Manager to lead a close-knit aged care home and oversee operations, clinical governance and financial management. You will coach staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and maintain solid links with residents, families and the community.

The role requires Registered Nursing qualifications with AHPRA registration, deep knowledge of aged care regulations, and experience with funding streams. Excellent leadership and budgeting skills are essential.
