Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management reports to support business decisions.
n
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.
n
Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
n
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
n
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
n
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to understand financial impacts and drive improvements.
n
Support junior finance team members.
n
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Assist in the preparation of strategic business plans and investment appraisals.

Profile

n

A successful Senior Management Accountant must have:

n

n
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CPA or CA.
n
Strong experience as a Management Accountant within the FMCG, retail, or consumer industry.
n
Proficiency in financial modelling and ERP systems.
n
Excellent attention to detail, commercially minded, and problem‐solving skills.
n
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software.
n
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
