Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong focus on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to manage Business As Usual (BAU) tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cybersecurity, specifically in Zscaler Web Security, and will be responsible for handling incidents, whitelisting URLs, onboarding new applications, and supporting app connector patching and updates.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to security incidents related to Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
Manage the whitelisting of URLs to ensure secure access to necessary resources.
Assist in the onboarding of new applications into the Zscaler workplace.
Support patching and updates for app connectors to maintain security compliance.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Zscaler solutions.




Document processes and procedures related to Zscaler operations.
Provide training and support to team members on Zscaler functionalities.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and Zscaler product updates.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience with Zscaler Web Security.
Strong understanding of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA functionalities.
Experience in incident management and response.
Knowledge of URL whitelisting processes.
Familiarity with application onboarding procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Certifications in Zscaler ZIA/ZPA
Experience with other security technologies and frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Zscaler solutions.
Proven track record of managing BAU tasks in a cybersecurity environment.
