We are currently recruiting for a 2-month temporary role with a global retailer, providing face-to-face customer service based in Mt Ommaney. Commencing on 1st of September, this role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, working from their busy Service Centre. $34.76ph + super, no technical experience is required, just robust customer service skills, ideally gained within a retail environment.

About the Role

Your main responsibility will be providing customer service to walk-in customers at the Service Centre seeking product repairs.
Welcoming customers
Providing front counter support
Gaining an understanding of repair requirements




Logging repair requests into the system
Providing customers with updates on repair progress
Liaising with the repairs team
Assisting with minor repairs

About You
Experience in a customer-facing role
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
