About the Role

As an NRMA Roadside Assistance, you will provide high-quality roadside assistance and towing services while delivering excellent customer service. You will represent Trio Automotive Group professionally and ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.

Key responsibilities

n

n
Attending roadside assistance jobs including flat tyres, lockouts, battery replacements and jump starts
n
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of allocated work vehicles
n
Using tablets and computer systems for job records and training
n
Providing professional and friendly customer service
n

Current open car licence (Essential)
n
Sound knowledge of motor vehicles

Solid problem-solving skills

Computer literate and confident using smart tablets

Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude

Ability to work rotating on-call nights and weekends as part of a shared team roster
