Job Description

seek.com.au is seeking a House Leader – Disability Services (ACT) to lead a team of Disability Support Workers and deliver person-centred care for clients with complex needs in the ACT.

You will implement care and behaviour support plans, ensure safety and WHS compliance, and assist with medications and community access while coordinating incident reporting and client documentation. This is a full time role based in Canberra, with emphasis on leadership and quality outcomes.
