Business Development Manager – Solar & BESS Distribution

They're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of a defined territory, growing their installer and channel partner network while bringing in new business.

n

Your day to day:

n

n
Owning a territory sales strategy that grows revenue and expands the customer base
n
Building and strengthening relationships with OEMs, installers and key channel partners
n
Sourcing current business through research, outreach and proactive prospecting
n
Managing the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to close and post-sale support
n
Delivering against revenue, volume and margin targets
n
Providing technical and commercial guidance to customers on project-specific needs
n
Keeping a pulse on market activity,



competitor moves and customer feedback
n
Representing the business at industry events, trade shows and client meetings
n

n

What you'll bring to the table:

n

n
Sales experience in solar PV, BESS or renewable energy technologies, having a network within this space will be highly adventageous
n
A track record of driving revenue growth and winning recent customers
n
Confidence managing sales processes with both technical and commercial stakeholders
n
Solid relationship building and communication skills
n
A self-motivated, proactive approach and comfort working autonomously
n
Openness to travel as required
n
